Evaluating Sleep Deficiency in Older Persons (E-SLEEP)

The purpose of this study is to compare how well sleep questionnaires and devices work in older adults with sleep problems. The study requires 3 visits over 8-10 days during which we will ask you questions about your sleep and have you wear 3 different sleep devices while you sleep in your home. After completing the 3 visits, you will receive a summary of information about your sleep and an $85 gift card.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

  • At least 65 years old
  • Trouble with insomnia (falling asleep or staying asleep) or daytime sleepiness at least once a week
